Shubhmangal Store is committed to providing its customers complete satisfaction. Shubhmangal Store strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, while providing the best quality products and services. In order to ensure the same, shubhmangal Store is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from shubhmangal Store, you may contact us at contact@shubhmangalethnic.com, which shall revert back to you at the earliest. Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

You can return within 48 hours of the product being delivered after getting approval from Shubhmangal Store.

For easy and smooth return process we request you to please make a video while you open the package and also take pictures of measurements of unworn outfit.

Shubhmangal Store recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error. Please refer our size chart, on each product page, before placing order(s).

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Shubhmangal Store may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at contact@shubhmangalethnic.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from the Shubhmangal Store regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at contact@shubhmangalethnic.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Shubhmangal Store. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Shubhmangal Store does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All defective products being returned to Shubhmangal Store shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Shubhmangal Store within 2(two) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Shubhmangal Store.

Safe receipt of defective product by Shubhmangal Store is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Shubhmangal Store shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Shubhmangal Store may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

Please note that Stitched Goods are not covered in Return Policy.  Stitched Goods are not accepted nor replaced.

After getting your refund request, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.

Note: We will deduct 10% transaction charges that we have pay to our payment processors.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER:

In case, we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. After 24-Hrs if you place cancellation request, Shubhmangal Store will deduct 10% of order amount as admin fees. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Shubhmangal Store and accept Shubhmangal Store’s decision regarding the cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided for cancellation / return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions. Given the same, the refunds would be initiated as under:

Return of defective goods: You will receive complete refund excluding the delivery charges, post the defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products by Shubhmangal Store.

Refunds are normally processed within 1-6 working days after the completion of quality checks of product returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels. Interest charged by the bank providing the EMI Scheme till the time the request for return or cancellation is raised will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third party service provider errors or delays.

The mode of refund of payments cannot be changed at any stage as the refund amount is transferred to the source account. Refunds are paid back to the source of payment.
