How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Browse Our Products: Explore our collection of clothing items by navigating through the different categories or using the search bar to find specific items.
  2. Add Items to Your Cart: Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, select the desired size and quantity, then click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can continue shopping and adding more items to your cart, or proceed to checkout when you're ready.
  3. Review Your Cart: Click on the shopping cart icon located at the top of the page to review the items in your cart. Make sure everything looks right, and if you have any promo codes, you can apply them here.
  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the checkout page. Here, you'll need to provide your shipping address, select a shipping method, and choose your preferred payment option.
  5. Complete Your Purchase: Review your order one last time to ensure accuracy, then click on the 'Place Order' button to finalize your purchase. If you're paying by credit/debit card or PayPal, you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to enter your payment details. Once your payment is processed successfully, you'll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Razor pay. In Razor pay you can pay through credit/debit cards, UPI, Internet banking and wallets.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship India as well as internationally also.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We provide free shipping in all over India on all serviceable pin-codes.
For outside India shipping cost depends on the weight of the SKU. This you can find in our shipping policies.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our side you will receive the tracking number. After that visit the website of the shipping carrier indicated in your shipping confirmation email (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and enter the tracking number in the provided field. You'll then be able to see the real-time status and location of your package as it makes its way to you.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Before shipping the order we double check the outfit, color and size of the order. Then to if you receive a defective or incorrect item inform us immediately at contact@shubhmangalethnic.com. Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Currently we don’t provide any gift cards or vouchers.

Are your products ethically sourced or sustainable?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours if cancel your order we deduct 10% as restocking fees from your purchase price and remaining amount will be refund to same payment method you used while purchasing.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We provide 10% discount for first time buyer. Use welcome10 code at check out to get discount.

Do you offer COD?

Currently we are not providing COD.
